Arghoth, you need to head to Kargath. It starts at the top of the tower in that the Warchief gives you an item that starts it. It's killing bosses in LBRS. If you've done that, you head back to him and it's a few pointers that go to Thrall and company before going to the Champion in Shadowprey Village, some Gnome Hag near Uthers Tomb (WPL) and to Emberstrife himself (South Dustwallow Marsh).
Of course, somewhere in there you have to collect dragon eyes in UBRS, perform the Test of Skulls for Emberstrife (Killing four dragons) and a few other bits. It's not too bad.

but my other 70 (misrac) is attuned to everything but he has seemed to have lost his cloak for neffy Sad
